❌ Cancellation Policy

Once an order is booked and payment completed, no cancellation is allowed.

Each product is packed especially for you, so we cannot modify or cancel once the order is confirmed.

Please double-check product details before confirming your order.

Exchange Policy (for Damaged / Wrong Items Only)

We check every piece carefully before dispatch.
Still, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will resend the same product after verifying your claim.

✅ Exchange will be accepted only with an unboxing video that is:

360-degree clear view of the parcel

Taken from start to end without any cut, pause, or edit

Showing outer cover, product, and damage clearly


You will have to return the damaged item to us on your own.
Pickup service is not available from our side.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are dispatched within 3 – 5 working days after payment confirmation.

Each product is carefully packed in our Poojaa Fashions branded pouch or box for secure delivery.

Orders are dispatched Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 – 10 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

In many cases, parcels arrive earlier.

If any courier delay happens, it’s beyond our control, but our team will help you track the parcel and give updates until it reaches you.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, we’ll share the tracking ID and courier link via WhatsApp or email.
You can check your shipment status anytime.
